7TH GRADE NEWS

SCIENCE - This month we will begin Science Fair, and study the members of the fungi kingdom.

ENGLISH - Next, we will work on a narrative writing unit. In grammar, we will be studying nouns.

LITERATURE - After finishing the novel Holes, the class will create board games based on the novel.

MATH RED - Equations and Inequalities, Graphing Linear Equations

MATH GREEN - Equations and Inequalities

SOCIAL STUDIES - Jamestown, Plymouth, 13 Colonies, Unit One Exam (Roots of America)

RELIGION - Pope Benedict has declared this to be the "Year of St. Paul."  We are taking this opportunity to honor this great saint by studying his life and missionary work.  We are also honoring respect life month and the month of the holy rosary.  All students should bring their rosaries to school as we pray one decade daily.
